Suitable even for less experienced hikers, with a mainly downhill elevation profile, this scenic route starts from the Lower Nara area, located at 1935 meters above sea level, that is the arrival of the second chairlift of the Nara Tourist Facilities.

From here, it proceeds towards Pian Laghetto and the Piandios hut, passing through centuries-old larches and enjoying the view of Pizzo Molare.

The Hut is also open during the winter period and is very popular for a break.

From here, it descends towards the Ghiariva mountains and then to Baturei, before ascending again to Pianezza, where you can admire a beautiful house built into the rock.

The route then continues mostly flat until Pede del Sasso, then gently descends to Cancorì where you can regain some energy on the large terrace of the restaurant La Pernice.

To reach the starting point, it is recommended to reach Leontica by public transport or by car, where a large parking area is available and from which the first chairlift departs and takes you in 10 minutes up to Cancorì. From Cancorì, the second chairlift takes about 20 minutes to reach the starting point of the route.
