Route with snowshoes Dalpe - The SquirrelPhoto: Isotta Bertinelli, Bellinzona e Valli Turismo
A few kilometers from the Quinto motorway exit, more precisely in the splendid village of Dalpe at 1,200 meters above sea level, there are four very varied snowshoe routes on offer.
The outer circuit has been included in the official routes of SvizzeraMobile (no. 957).
The starting point of the "squirrel" route is right at the end of the parking area on the left and follows the trail to Piumogna up to the Cima Froda chapel. From there, turning right, you head towards the magnificent and renowned Boscobello, then descend back towards the village or towards the hedgehog route. For those wishing to continue in the direction of Val Piumogna, you can proceed along the wolf trail.
