A few kilometers from the Quinto highway exit, more precisely in the splendid village of Dalpe at 1,200 m asl, there are four snowshoe routes very varied in their offerings.
The outer circuit has been included in the official routes of SvizzeraMobile (no. 957).
The "marmot" route is a circular route that runs through the beautiful Val Piumogna, with its typical farmhouses, pastures, and river, set in the magnificent basin overlooking the majestic crown of peaks over 3,000 m high, including Pizzo Forno, the Tencia group, and Pizzo Croslina.
The Val Piumogna bridge is the farthest point reached by the marked routes and crossing it is discouraged because beyond lies an avalanche zone.
On the return of the marmot route, on the right side of the river a few steps from the junction with the Wolf route, there is a sign to the Belvedere from where Dalpe and Cornone can be admired from above.
