Bellinzona mette le ali

From 15 to 28 June, Bellinzona’s Parco Urbano will host a truly unprecedented sporting event: for the very first time, the Ticino capital will be one of the official turnpoints of the Red Bull X-Alps – the toughest and most spectacular hike & fly race in the world.

But that’s not all: the Parco Urbano will come alive with the Hike & Fly Festival Park – a thrilling experience of music, sport, energy, adrenaline, and celebration!

Among the competitors is Lars Meerstetter, a young Swiss athlete officially supported by Bellinzona e Valli Turismo. His determination and deep connection to the region perfectly embody the spirit of this extreme adventure: pushing beyond limits, respecting nature, and celebrating the Alpine landscape.
