Aperò in-Sem

In collaboration with AVVT, guests will have the opportunity to taste Ticino wines, local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by the music of Folk & Grott. The evening will also feature risotto prepared by chef Graziano Gemetti and the traditional bread cake made by the Master Bakers, Pastry Chefs and Confectioners of Ticino, Mesolcina and Calanca.

Taking part means making a difference: the proceeds from the evening will be donated to Fondazione ARES and Associazione L’ORA, which will also be presenting a photographic exhibition. Both organisations are active in the region and pursue important social causes.
