Carì, a small gem for both winter and summer holidays, offers not only breathtaking views over the Leventina Valley, but also activities such as horseback riding and ski touring, as well as long walks immersed in nature — and, last but not least, authentic home-style cuisine.

At the Ristorante Pensione Carì, Pippo Ambrosini and Daria Della Torre delight their guests with traditional flavors. The family-run restaurant is rustic and welcoming, featuring a dining room with 35 seats and a bright, heated veranda with 40 seats, located next to the playground. Wherever guests choose to sit, the focus remains on enjoying the many local specialties prepared with highly appreciated “mazza” products. On weekends, pizza baked in a wood-fired oven is served, and during the season, game dishes are available. Fish dishes are offered upon reservation, and in summer the grill is in operation.

The restaurant also offers guest rooms for a relaxing stay.
