Play fountain in Piazza del Sole

Be amazed by the spectacular dancing fountain in Piazza del Sole, a temporary installation that enlivens the heart of Bellinzona during the summer.

By day, its 1,024 water jets provide a pleasant refreshment, inviting both adults and children to enjoy the dynamic water features. As evening falls, the fountain transforms into a captivating spectacle, featuring choreographies synchronized with music and lighting effects. An immersive experience that makes Piazza del Sole even more vibrant and welcoming.

The installation, created as part of the "SoStare al Sole" project promoted by the City of Bellinzona in collaboration with AMB, uses a continuous water recirculation system, combining fun with a focus on sustainability.

Note: The fountain water is intended solely for play and is not drinkable.
