North South Alpine Horns Gathering - Gotthard Pass

On August 22, 2026, the 4th North-South Alphorn Gathering will take place at the Gotthard Pass. This special occasion was created to bring together players living north and south of the Gotthard Pass and celebrate this unique musical tradition together.

The program includes two concerts: the first at 1:00 PM and the second at 3:00 PM. Musicians from both north and south of the Gotthard Pass will perform—in 2025, there were 52! Each performance will last approximately 30 minutes. The event takes place in all weathers.
