Gospel & Spirituals - Duke Fisher Heritage Singers

On Sunday, December 28, 2025, at 5:00 PM, the Duke Fisher Heritage Singers will perform at the Parish Church of Airolo.

Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, the heart of the Southern Sound, the birthplace of Black music, the quartet led by Duke "Nathaniel" Fisher will bring us the authentic atmosphere of Gospel music from the Deep South. Originally from New York, this talented pianist, singer, and choir director trained as a classical pianist. After moving to the South and exploring diverse musical genres such as soul, pop, and New Orleans music, he truly expressed his talents in Gospel music. The concert will explore traditional spirituals and the most well-known themes of contemporary Gospel music, a distillation of pure energy and great joy for the lucky audience at this double concert, which, as usual, closes our Festival.
