BlenioMusica

The annual chamber music festival BlenioMusica – previously known as Blenio Festival – was born in the summer of 2021 thanks to the initiative of the young pianist and artistic director Susanna Braun, who has roots in the Blenio Valley, Switzerland.

The festival will open on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 8:00 PM at the Church of San Martino in Malvaglia. It will be followed on Thursday, July 23, at 8:00 PM, by a concert at the Swiss Railpark in Biasca entitled "Homage to the Theater." On Saturday, July 25, at 5:00 PM, a concert with aperitifs will be held at the Church of Santo Stefano in Torre, while the festival will conclude on Sunday, July 26, at 5:00 PM at the Church of San Martino in Olivone.

The artistic direction is entrusted to Susanna Braun. Seven young musicians will perform, including a singer for the first time. Also returning are established artists such as Alessandra Doninelli, Veriko Tchumburidze, Vittorio Benaglia, and Michele Fontana.
