Malteria Ticinese is dedicated to the malting and commercialization of grains for brewing beer, producing whisk(e)y, and baking, as well as promoting this culture through courses and/or tastings.

Field visits are available, including direct tours of the maltery and tastings of beers brewed with malt from Malteria Ticinese.

What to Expect
A guided tasting in Italian with a certified beer sommelier, featuring 6 beers (styles based on the evening’s theme) and providing information on beer styles, breweries, production processes, tasting techniques, common flaws, and much more. Small snacks paired with the selected beer styles are included.
