Blenio livestock exhibition

Founded in 1963 with the aim of encouraging cattle breeding and commercializing indigenous produce, the livestock show has become the Blenio agricultural festival. This event highlights the importance it represents for the entire Valley—as well as for the entire Canton—and the commitment of the many farming families who work with sacrifice and dedication to managing the land, safeguarding the landscape while also providing high-quality local products.

Programme:

• 9:15 am: Classification rounds
• 12:00 pm: Lunch featuring local products
• 1:30 pm: Young breeder competition
• 3:00 pm: Champion election and awards ceremony
• 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Dinner and evening entertainment.

Throughout the day, music, the "I Corni da Curzönas" Alpine Horn group, a market, children's entertainment, and many surprises!
