    The trail starts from the large parking area in the Bollette zone, just before the well-known winter destination of Campra. Following the dedicated signage, you embark on the path leading to Dötra.The route is mostly uphill but features a moderate elevation gain, winding through a picturesque forest of fir trees and small streams: the environment is truly magical, and it’s easy to be completely absorbed by the surrounding nature and landscape.Once you pass through the forest, in the Calzaníg area, the panorama opens up before your eyes, offering a sweeping view of the vast meadows of Dötra and the splendid mountains of the upper Blenio Valley. The scenery will captivate you, making it easy to reach your destination without feeling the effort.Dötra is a charming alpine hamlet situated at about 1,750 metres above sea level.Here you will find the homonymous mountain hut and a grotto, ideal for a refreshing break and tasting local products.The trail is well-marked and suitable for both beginners and experienced hikers.Public transport operates up to Campra even during the winter season.This route is also enjoyable in summer, leading to additional stunning destinations.
