Closing of the exhibition "I (due) Castelli di Serravalle" and presentation of the publication "Castello di Serravalle, Valle di Blenio, Cantone Ticino. Storia e Archeologia."

The Museo storico etnografico Valle di Blenio announces, on the occasion of the closing of the exhibition "I (due) castelli di Serravalle," the publication of "Castello di Serravalle, Valle di Blenio, Cantone Ticino. Storia e Archeologia." This volume collects research on the archaeological investigations conducted at the Serravalle castle from 2002 to 2006 and the site’s enhancement project. The book, curated by Werner Meyer and Silvana Bezzola Rigolini and published with contributions from local entities and specialists, provides an in-depth analysis of medieval history and archaeological findings.

The book presentation will take place on Sunday, November 3, at 15:00 in Lottigna, with the participation of the curators and institutional representatives. It will be possible to reserve a copy of the book, enjoy a provided snack, and visit the museum and exhibition for free. At 17:00, the autumn assembly of the Museo storico etnografico Valle di Blenio Association will be held.
