Christmas in Town

Natale in Città

24 November 2022 to 8 January 2023
Piazza del Sole | Bellinzona

From 24 December, the Christmas Village will once again come alive with proposals for all ages: from the screening of the World Cup football matches, to aperitifs with DJ sets and live music on Friday and Saturday evenings and, from 2 December, the eagerly awaited ice rink.

A fox in town
During the four Sundays of Advent, at dusk, Andrea Fazioli will unveil a chapter of the fox's adventures and Antoine Déprez will capture its darting and lively movements in a live-painting performance. Accompanying words and images will be music, of course, with Zeno Gabaglio and the Duo Kirsch.
An itinerary intended for everyone, from adults to children, that wants to stimulate us to reflect on the meaning of Christmas and, at the same time, encourage us to rediscover the wonders of our historic centre.

An opportunity to get together before the festivities and spend a moment in company, immersed in a different atmosphere that has the flavour of Christmas in the past.
Each event will last approximately 30 minutes, during which you will be able to sip mulled wine on offer.
In the event of bad weather, you are invited to visit the www.nataleincitta.ch website for a replacement location.
