The association for organic farming in Italian-speaking Switzerland, the Ticino section of Bio Suisse, represents over 200 organic producers and processors in our canton. Active on the territory to promote organic, sustainable and local consumption, it wants to celebrate this important milestone. Market, family activities and evening with live music to celebrate together. Risotto offered for all at 12 noon.
